Job summary

Windward Management's Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone invites applications for a Glass Collector to support the Food & Beverage team by keeping bars, restaurants and guest areas clean and presentable.

This role requires a friendly, reliable team player with good communication skills and a willingness to work evenings and weekends, delivering high standards of service and helping restock and dispose of waste as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and clear used glasses, bottles and tables.
• Return glassware safely to the designated area.
• Keep bar and guest areas clean and tidy.
• Assist with restocking glasses, ice and other supplies.
• Dispose of waste and bottles appropriately.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team during busy periods.
• Follow all hotel health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
