Banking and Finance Team

The firm is looking for a talented lawyer to join their Banking & Finance team. The ideal candidate will have varying levels of PQE and will work closely with Partners. The firm offers a flat structure, giving direct access to Partners, and a great opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients.

• Advise on banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, acquisition finance, project finance, and structured finance.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and ancillary finance documents.
• Assist senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.
