Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Drive sales forward and achieve sales targets.
