Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience in procurement.
• Experience in food production purchasing is a plus.
• Ability to ensure timely procurement and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain quotations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast demand.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Maintain purchasing and supplier records.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding prices, deliveries, and product specifications.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support process improvements.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.
