The role involves general maintenance, repair work and cleaning duties to keep the plant in top condition. Applicants should have manufacturing experience, be able to work in a team and on their own initiative, be flexible, and possess strong communication skills.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of machinery whilst adhering to the divisions Quality and Health & Safety Standards.

The role will involve general maintenance, repair work and performing cleaning duties where necessary to maintain the upkeep of the plant.

Applicants must have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrate the ability to work in a team and on their own initiative, are flexible and have excellent communication skills.

It is essential that candidates meet the physical and demanding requirements of the role.

This role will involve 12.25-hour shifts varied with day, night and weekend work.
