What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our engineering team and play a key role in designing, building and evolving high-quality backend services and APIs.

You'll be working primarily with Java and Spring Boot, building robust, scalable and secure REST APIs that support our core products and services. You'll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, contribute to architecture and help raise engineering standards across the team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and working collaboratively with other engineers, product managers and stakeholders.

• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and maintain high-quality RESTful APIs
• Develop clean, testable and maintainable production code
• Contribute to technical architecture and system design decisions
• Work with databases, data modelling and persistence technologies

• Write automated unit, integration and API testsInvestigate and resolve complex technical issues
