Job summary

Jobgether, in partnership with a partner company, is seeking a Paid Campaign Executive based in Ireland to drive high-quality B2B demand and leads. You will manage campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, and email marketing, continuously test landing pages and user journeys, and collaborate with Sales to align with commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing with measurable results.
• Hands-on campaign management with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute growth strategies to generate high-quality B2B demand and qualified leads.
• Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns across relevant channels.
• Optimize landing pages, content, and user journeys through CRO and testing.
• Monitor budgets, performance, and KPIs like CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Sales to align with commercial objectives.
• Deliver data-driven performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Use AI, automation, and data-driven optimization to improve performance.
• Ensure activities follow brand guidelines and GDPR requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, ROI, and conversion performance.
