Role Overview

This is a hybrid role combining strategic B2B marketing with hands-on digital content creation and management. You will develop and execute campaigns that support enterprise sales growth and business development objectives, while also managing the production of high-quality marketing assets, documents, and digital content.

You will work closely with enterprise sales, business development, and external partners to position Fonua as the go-to enterprise solutions provider in the UK and Irish markets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

B2B Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute targeted marketing strategies to support enterprise growth and partner acquisition.
  • Develop go-to-market campaigns for new products, services, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Digital Content Management & Creation

  • Create, update, and manage digital marketing content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, proposals, white papers).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and touchpoints.
  • Manage visual and written assets, including image libraries, case studies, and sales tools.

Creative Design & Document Production

  • Use graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) to create visually compelling materials.
  • Prepare professional, client-ready documents, proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Develop templates for consistent internal and external communications.

Events & Partner Marketing

  • Support trade shows, conferences, and partner-led events with pre-event promotion and on-site materials.
  • Collaborate with vendors on co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Track lead generation, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
  • Optimise campaigns based on insights and performance data.

Essential

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in telecoms, technology, or enterprise services.
  • Strong digital content creation and management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills for B2B audiences.
  • Experience in lead generation, account-based marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the mobile technology ecosystem.
  • Experience managing co-funded marketing campaigns with vendors or partners.
  • Event marketing experience.
