Culligan is hiring a B/B1 License Multidrop Delivery Driver in Ballymount, Co. Dublin. The role runs 8am-5pm Mon-Thu and 8am-4pm Fri, with permanent full-time status after a 6-month probation.

Salary is €32,000 per year, plus a tax-free meal allowance of €4,000 annually. You will deliver water and consumables, and service a Leinster client base. Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with B category.
• Good knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule and targets.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk 19L water, coolers and consumables to clients.
• Complete scheduled activities accurately and on time.
• Represent Culligan on customer sites with excellent service.
• Coordinate with scheduling and operations to meet SLAs.
• Update systems/epod with outcomes and KPIs.

The role will service our customers across Leinster.

Hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm Friday

CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of bulk 19ltr water , coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets
• As the face of Culligan, in our customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targets
• Responsible for working closely with the necessary scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs
• Responsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems i.e. epod or handheld platform with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs

Essential:

• Valid driving B license
• Good geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.

• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
• A proven track record of providing strong customer service & consistently achieve targets
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills

This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual handling training
