Job summary

Culligan Ireland is seeking a B/B1 License Multidrop Delivery Driver to service customers across Leinster from Ballymount. You will deliver bulk water, coolers and consumables, maintaining accurate records and excellent service at each site.

The role operates Monday to Friday with regular daytime hours, a company van provided, and a focus on timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. A driving licence and local knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license is essential.
• Good geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas required.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule and meet targets.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk 19ltr water, coolers and consumables to clients.
• Complete scheduled activities accurately and on time to support field targets.
• Represent Culligan and provide excellent customer service at client sites.

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, subject to 6 months' probation

Location: Ballymount Co. Dublin

Salary: €32,000 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance of €4,000

The role will service our customers across Leinster.

Hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm Friday

CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of bulk 19ltr water , coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets
• As the face of Culligan, in our customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targets
• Responsible for working closely with the necessary scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs
• Responsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems i.e. epod or handheld platform with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs

Requirements

Essential:

• Valid driving B license
• Good geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas
• Ability to work to a tight schedule
• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
• A proven track record of providing strong customer service & consistently achieve targets
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, or as part of a team

Desirable:

• Multi Drop Experience
• FLT (not essential)

This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual handling training
