Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering fast-paced, agile system engineering, preferably in regulated FinTech or payments/banking/wealth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Azure infrastructure and tooling.
• Design and configure CI/CD pipelines, containers, VNet, and monitoring dashboards.
• Implement IaC for multi-tenant Azure environments.
• Optimize performance and cost of Azure resources.
• Embed DevSecOps and SRE practices (SLOs, incident management).
• Drive metrics-led improvements (DORA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams across parallel product lines.
