Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to shape and deliver scalable software for a large enterprise transformation. You will guide architects, product owners, and teams, owning the technical design across .NET Core and Azure services, and ensuring security and quality throughout the SDLC in an agile DevSecOps environment.

You will mentor developers, drive standards, and champion reusability while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Extensive software development experience across multiple languages and platforms.
• Proven track record in technical leadership, architecture, and programme delivery.
• Strong mentorship and code-review capabilities, with focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of .NET-based applications on Azure.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams and perform code reviews.
• Oversee the delivery process, enforce coding standards and DevSecOps practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and resolve roadblocks during delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other leaders to keep architecture cohesive.
