Job summary

Ryanair is currently hiring for a Stores Officer to join Europe's Largest Airline Group. Based in our Hangar in Dublin Airport, you will help to monitor all stock movement and ensure all stores tasks are controlled in accordance with EASA Requirements.

Your responsibilities will include accounting for stock movement, supporting the stores supervisor, and monitoring costs across services. A background check covering employment and education will be required if offered a position.

Qualifications

• Ability to organise a diverse level of tasks within the department.
• Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment.
• Good computer skills and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring that all stores tasks are controlled and monitored.
• Account for all stock movement into and out of stores.
• Support the stores supervisor to ensure material tasks are controlled.
• Ensure all goods are accurately processed.
• Support all AOG requests.
• Control transactions on computer systems.
• Work with the materials department to control parts purchases and repairs.
• Monitor and control service costs.
• Monitor reports to ensure records are accurate.
• Accomplish other duties as directed by management.
