Arup is a global consultancy shaping the future of the built environment. We are seeking an Aviation Project Manager in Dublin for graduate-level involvement across aviation projects, coordinating specialists and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on-site tasks and client communications.

You will contribute to data summary and analysis, learn from experienced professionals, and grow within a flexible, supportive environment that values diverse perspectives and sustainable development.

Qualifications

  • Need to be a student currently pursuing an Engineering, project management, urban planning, sustainability, or aviation management degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Motivation for aviation industry and capability to work in team and individually.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day project management of aviation projects, coordinating inputs from specialists.
  • Work with multi-discipline design and delivery teams on a range of aviation projects.
  • Input and track actions in live operational projects on site with the Arup Aviation team for airport clients.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, consultants and contractors.

The Opportunity

As an Aviation Project Manager at Arup, you will:

  • Assist with the day-to-day project management of aviation projects – obtaining specialist input from discipline specialists as required.
  • Working with and inputting to multi-discipline design and delivery teams across a broad range of projects for our aviation clients.
  • Participation, tracking and managing actions in live operational projects on site with the Arup Aviation team for our airport clients.
  • Maintain regular and clear communication with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

We're looking for students who are currently studyingEngineering, project management, urban planning, sustainability, or aviation management degree qualification.
