Qualifications

• Engineering degree or strong technical background with proven problem solving and results.
• Good organisational, analytical & time management skills essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate directly with engineers and managers.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft suite and Trello advantageous.
• Work with a high level of individual responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from concept through full implementation, playing a key role in success of each project.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information, then recommending actions.
• Determine project schedules by studying plans, calculating time requirements and sequencing elements.
• Arrange and chair project meetings, follow up with stakeholders as required.
• Assist in developing existing and new processes.
• Motivate team members to complete tasks on schedule.
• Provide detailed project status updates and handle minor issues with minimal supervision.
• Deliver all required business reports and monitor KPI performance.
