Job summary

CAE Parc Aviation is seeking a Contract Recruiter to source, screen, engage, negotiate with, and place aviation technical contractors supporting customer projects worldwide.

This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to influence recruitment strategies, talent pipeline development, and workforce planning across multiple regions and time zones. Hybrid working model with flexibility to adapt hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in high-volume environments.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Leaders and Operations Support to understand contractor requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify aviation/technical contractors.
• Build talent pipelines in key regions ahead of demand.
• Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and shortlisting.
• Negotiate contractor rates balancing budgets and profitability.
• Manage contractor onboarding and placement administration.
