Job summary

VSE is seeking a Compliance & SMS Auditor to support our Quality and Safety Management System. The role ensures adherence to EASA Part 145, assists in planning site visits, drafting audit reports, and following up on non-conformances with the aim of continuous safety improvement.

The ideal candidate will bring aviation maintenance auditing experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent documentation and communication skills to collaborate with the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) and

Qualifications

• Minimum education as Leaving Certificate or Mechanical Apprentice.
• Diploma/cert in Aviation Compliance or Quality Management preferred.
• Formal training in Compliance Monitoring Systems or Internal Auditing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain independent compliance monitoring to meet EASA Part 145 requirements.
• Support delivery of annual audit program including site visits and audit reports.
• Track corrective actions and escalate unresolved safety or compliance issues.
