Optima Health in Dundalk is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to deliver health surveillance and pre-employment assessments on a manufacturing site. You will manage cases, support fitness for work, and contribute to pregnancy risk assessments.

You will provide first aid support, injury management, and face-to-face consultations with production staff, while presenting at safety and senior leadership meetings. Autonomy is supported with onsite OH Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing qualification and professional registration in Ireland.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is essential or highly beneficial.
• Experience in health surveillance and case management is essential.
• Proficient in using IT systems and clinical software.

Aufgaben

• Deliver health surveillance and pre-employment assessments.
• Manage clinical cases and provide fitness-for-work recommendations.
• Provide first aid support and injury management.
• Conduct pregnancy risk assessments and workplace health reviews.
• Present to Senior Leadership Team and safety groups as needed.
