You will perform complex mechanical tasks, including frame and component replacements, and diagnose faults to manufacturer standards. The role requires main dealer experience and strong hands-on repair skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Mechanic with a proven track record in automotive repair.
• Main dealer experience is essential for this role.
• Hands-on mechanical skills with dismantling, fitting and assembly.
• Experience diagnosing faults using standard diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with a drive for repair efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out complex mechanical tasks including frame and component replacement to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults with precision and quality.
• Apply lean techniques to improve repair efficiency and processes.
• Maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and safety in repairs.
