Job summary

AIR Sligo is seeking a driven Project Manager to take full ownership of the delivery and implementation of bespoke automated equipment projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the internal voice of the customer to bring complex automation solutions to life.

You will drive project roadmaps, ensure URS satisfaction, manage timelines and budgets, and provide problem-solving support to engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in engineering or project management.
• Proven experience in a similar project management role.
• Track record of ownership and delivering commitments.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail in an engineering environment.
• Proven problem solving abilities and delivery of complex projects.
• Demonstrates initiative and an innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of a portfolio of projects, ensuring on-time completion.
• Take full accountability from kickoff to customer support for installed machines.
• Ensure URS are delivered to customer satisfaction and meet standards.
• Drive timelines and ensure milestones are achieved within resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritise and deliver tasks.
• Develop delivery schedules and review progress with stakeholders.
• Escalate issues as needed to keep deadlines and quality intact.
• Communicate project status clearly through reviews to customers and AIR Sligo managers.
