Qualifications

• BS/BA or higher in Science, Engineering, Instrumentation, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience preferred, relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-user support for Small Manufacturing Equipment applications, troubleshooting issues and communicating with management, business process owners and users.
• Develop and maintain automation documentation, including SOPs, work instructions and configuration specifications.
• Manage essential administrative tasks relating to functional support and user account administration.
• Serve as SME, collaborating with functional departments on projects to develop, implement and enhance systems.
• Implement software and hardware changes with understanding of impact on Manufacturing and Facilities.
• Provide support before, during and after Regulatory and Partner inspections.
• Participate in or lead projects to introduce new Small Manufacturing Equipment or upgrade existing applications.
• Work with Validation and Quality to ensure automation applications are implemented in line with lifecycle development.
• Lead and support security access and periodic audit trail reviews.
