The Role
  • Design and develop advanced control systems for custom automation and test equipment.
  • Program PLCs/HMIs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and integrate robotics, servo drives, and vision systems.
  • Provide technical expertise across design, build, debug, and commissioning phases.
  • Drive compliance with safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The Person
  • Degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
  • Proven experience in controls design, PLC/HMI programming, and robotics/motion system integration.
  • Skilled at reading and producing electrical documentation.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
