Role: Automatic Door Service Technician

Salary: Up to €60,000 depending on experience

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Automatic Door Service Technician to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Automatic Door Service and Install Engineer to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:

• Carrying out the maintenance, repairs, and installation of industrial and automatic doors for customers, including some of Ireland's biggest and most well-known companies.
• Participating in new installations, planned preventative/scheduled maintenance, and unscheduled emergency repairs.
• Working with automatic shopfront doors, roller shutters, rapid roll doors, and sectional overhead doors.
• Reporting to supervisor, keeping them informed of activity progress and highlighting any problems.

Experience you need:

• Minimum 2 years' experience with automatic doors.
• Good mechanical and electronic aptitude is an advantage.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; good time management is essential.
• Diligent with health and safety protocols.
• Full Irish driver's license.
