Job summary

Autism A Chara Disability Services in Dublin South is seeking a Support Worker to provide person-centred support for individuals with autism and complex needs. The role requires a QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification, a full, clean driver’s licence (manual) and excellent communication in English.

You will work under the PCP and care plans to deliver compassionate care, plan activities, and support daily living tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
