S&W invites graduates to join the Audit & Assurance team in Cork for a full-time Graduate Programme starting Sept 2027. You will gain real client exposure, contribute to audits across diverse clients, and receive funded training and study time toward ACCA or CAI qualifications.

You'll work with experienced colleagues, build technical and commercial skills, and progress within a supportive career development environment in a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline.
• Be committed to pursuing ACCA or CAI qualification.
• Leaving Certificate results: 400+ points and LC Maths/English minimums.

Responsibilities

• Test processes and controls.
• Build relationships with client teams.
• Resolve audit and accountancy queries.
• Support a range of audit and accountancy projects.
• Study towards ACCA or CAI while gaining practical experience.

2:2 degree in any discipline
