Job summary

S&W is hiring for a Graduate Programme in Audit for Dublin (Sept 2027). The role is full-time, based in Dublin (Sandyford BP). You will join the Audit & Assurance team and work on a variety of client engagements, learning through funded training and practical experience from day one.

You’ll study towards ACCA or CAI qualifications with dedicated study time and guidance from experienced colleagues, building a strong foundation in audit and broader business advisory services.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing ACCA or CAI qualifications (eligible to enroll).
• Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline.
• Leaving Certificate English and Maths at specified levels.
• Real-world exposure to accounting systems through education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services to a variety of clients as part of Audit & Assurance team.
• Study towards ACCA or CAI qualifications with funded training and study time.
• Gain experience across engagements and build foundation in audit and accounting.
• Develop technical and commercial awareness early in career.
