Job description

The BDO Audit Graduate Programme is designed for graduates who are eager to build a career in accountancy and gain hands‑on experience working with a broad range of clients.

As part of the Audit team, you will work alongside experienced professionals while supporting our clients. You will be involved in assisting in the preparation of financial statements, analysing financial information, and helping clients meet their reporting and compliance obligations. The role will give you exposure to different clients, business models, and financial challenges, allowing you to develop both your technical knowledge and commercial awareness.

From the outset, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities while receiving the training, mentoring, and support needed to help you grow professionally. As you progress, you will develop strong client relationship skills, gain practical experience in financial reporting and assurance, and work towards your recognised professional qualification (ACA or ACCA).

This programme offers an excellent foundation for graduates looking to develop a long-term career in audit and professional services or later move into industry. As part of the programme, graduates will be assigned to one of BDO's specialist audit teams, providing the opportunity to develop sector‑specific expertise and build strong client relationships.
