Job summary

Joe Duffy Group in Drogheda, Co Louth, is recruiting Qualified Motor Mechanics/Technicians to join our Audi Approved Drogheda dealership. You will diagnose, repair and service Audi products to the latest work specifications while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and systematic approach.
• Understand vehicle problems by meeting with customers as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with latest Audi technology and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on Audi vehicles to spec.
• Perform servicing to required standards.
• Liaise with Service Advisors and customers as needed.
• Complete service documents per dealership requirements.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Adhere to warranty and Audi Dealer procedures.
