Job summary

RED CHAIR RECRUITMENT LIMITED KERRY is seeking an entry-level labourer to assist with attic insulation installation in residential properties across Kerry, Ireland. You will join an installation team and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The role requires physical fitness, reliability, and a strong commitment to health and safety. Full driving licence is preferred and you will work on-site in attic spaces and at height as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Previous construction or labouring experience.
• Comfortable working in attic spaces, confined areas, and at height.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Full, clean driving license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of attic insulation materials.
• Prepare work areas and ensure safe access to attic spaces.
• Load, unload, and transport insulation materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment before, during, and after installations.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including the correct use of PPE.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Work in confined attic spaces and at height using appropriate access equipment.
• Assist with waste removal and disposal in accordance with company procedures.
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers when required.
• Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.
