Job summary

KM Builders Dublin is seeking a capable installer to insulate attics across Dublin and surrounding counties. You will enhance energy efficiency by installing insulation, ladders, and additional attic flooring, creating usable space for homeowners.

You will work on-site, primarily on the road, often independently, with safety and SEAI compliance at the core. A full driving licence and Safe Pass are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in insulation installation procedures preferred but not essential.
• Strong ability to work in a safe environment.
• Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Willing to go the extra mile and deliver more than expected.
• Clear communication with our Customers.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certification is required for this position
• A full, clean driving licence is essential for this role

Responsibilities

• Insulate attics in homes to improve energy efficiency.
• Install Attic ladders and energy efficient access doors to Attic spaces
• Install additional flooring in Attic spaces, delivering much needed additional space for home owners.
• Construct fully lit walkways to tanks for safe and easy access.
• Ensure all work complies with SEAI standards and codes of conduct.
• Conduct inspections to meet industry and client expectations.
