Job summary

Under Armour in Ireland is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the brand in-store, deliver standout customer experiences, drive sales, and keep the store looking sharp. If you enjoy fast-paced days, strong teamwork, and making every customer feel valued, this is your moment to shine.

You’ll greet customers, recommend apparel and footwear, process transactions, stock and maintain displays, and support omni-channel requests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge about products to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; maintain displays.
• Handle front and back of store tasks, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Promote customer loyalty via the Rewards program.
