Job summary

Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join onboard retail teams on cruise ships worldwide. You will deliver a premium guest experience, guide guests through high-value purchases, and showcase knowledge of luxury watches and brand stories.

You’ll drive sales, support events, and ensure top-notch product presentation while living and working at sea for contracts up to six months, with opportunities to travel the world and earn commissions up to 6% on premium watch sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
• Experience guiding customers through high-value purchases.
• Motivation and ambition to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Confidence delivering product presentations, seminars or guest events.
• Flexible, team-focused attitude and ability to adapt to life at sea.
• Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Good level of physical fitness; role is active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests into the boutique and understand their needs to recommend pieces.
• Introduce guests to different watch brands and explain features and value.
• Guide guests through handling and trying pieces and imagining ownership.
• Balance conversation with space when appropriate and move towards commitment.
• Support onboard events, presentations and promotions to generate leads.
• Maintain product presentation, assist with stock and compliance, and share knowledge with the team.
• Build trust with guests considering a significant purchase.
