Job summary

Work Schedule / Environmental Conditions

Rotational shift days. Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cold Room/Freezers -22F/-6C, fluctuating hot/cold temperatures, laboratory setting. No contact lens allowed; prescription glasses will be provided. Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.). Standing for full shift. Warehouse.

What You'll Do

• Perform a variety of simple inventory tracking procedures (receipt, check‑in, login, labeling, inventory, transport, check‑out, etc.) and administrative tasks in support of laboratory operations.
• Communicate the status of tasks to the supervisor and/or appropriate laboratory staff.
• Train on SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and storage requirements.
• Perform daily work assignments accurately, on time, and in a safe manner.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification. Technical positions may require a certificate.
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0–1 year) or equivalent combination of education, training & experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Time‑management skills.
• Know how to maintain detailed tracking and documentation clearly and accurately according to SOP.
• Possess good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.

Working Environment
