Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Associate Research Scientist in Ireland to perform complex laboratory analyses of pharmaceutical products and to utilize analytical instrumentation while ensuring GMP/GLP compliance. You will lead multiple projects, interact with clients, and prepare protocols and reports.

You will mentor staff, troubleshoot instruments, and contribute to data interpretation and regulatory communications with senior team members.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a related role.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory analysis of pharmaceutical products and use analytical instrumentation.
• Lead multiple projects, interact with clients, review and evaluate data, and write reports and protocols.
• Ensure scientific conduct of projects and communicate regulatory issues with senior team members.
