Your area of work:

This role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner / HR Manager. The primary focus is to provide full Human Resource support to the Deutsche Börse and Clearstream staff and stakeholders in Cork.

Your Responsibilities

HR System/Reporting
  1. Manage and delegate queries on SAP, Success Factors /CATS (time management system) & St/App (performance management system)
  2. Participate in global HR system team calls as Cork representative
  3. Manage and delegate tasks of the HR shared mailbox
  4. Update & maintain organisational charts
  5. Responsible for completing and submitting reports required both internally and externally
  6. Processing of travel expenses via SAP
  7. Run reports on a weekly basis as requested
Employee Relations
  1. Full review and update of current employee handbook, in line with legislation and Company policy
  2. Strong employee relations experience, ability to take ownership of employee relations issues from start to finish
  3. Strong understanding of employment legislation
Payroll
  1. Input changes to internal payroll documentation in a timely & efficient manner; reflect any changes that occurred throughout the previous month on internal calendar
  2. Assistance in payroll preparation as and when required
Recruitment & Onboarding
  1. Manage and delegate tasks to ensure all administration is completed in a timely fashion, including preparation of contracts of employment and providing the new starter with all necessary documentation
  2. Coordinate with internal teams for new hires
  3. Create all new employee files within the first week of commencement
  4. Monitor the Corporate Policy signing process
  5. Induct all new staff to Clearstream
  6. Set up all new starters on the healthcare policy
Termination & Resignation
  1. Manage and delegate tasks to ensure all administration is completed in a timely fashion, including completion of the required exit email
  2. Calculate remaining holiday entitlements
  3. Notify pension and health insurance vendors
  4. Complete the employee file by adding final documents and archiving
  5. Terminate in HR systems
Training
  1. Coordinate internal training and development workshops
  2. Liaise with external training providers to schedule training events / courses
  3. Update and maintain training database and spreadsheets
  4. Ensure all employees' training records are updated on the system and their feedback is accurately recorded
  5. Attend internal talent management meetings as required
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Work with the HR team to ensure all HR objectives are met
  2. Handle all ad-hoc administration/projects within the HR function
  3. Participate as an active member of the company sports & social committee
  4. Keep HR systems up to date at all times
  5. Adhere to and comply with audit requirements
  6. Reconcile healthcare invoices monthly
  7. Update the HR intranet page

Your Profile

  1. BA or BS in Human Resources Management
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in an HR environment
  3. Strong business/customer service orientation
  4. Understanding of SAP is desirable but not essential
  5. Excellent telephone, communication, and negotiation skills
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  7. Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently and in an international team environment
  8. Proficiency in written and spoken English essential
