Job summary

Optum Ireland seeks an Associate Director, Business Performance & Transformation for Payment Integrity. Based in Ireland, you will lead major transformation programs, partnering with operations, analytics, R&D and technology to drive cost savings and performance improvements.

You will manage a matrix team, influence stakeholders, and report progress to Senior Leaders. This role offers hybrid work between Dublin/Letterkenny and home-based options within a flexible framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Transformation/Change Management/Strategy.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean.
• Proven communication skills at leadership level.
• Track record in transformation strategy, driving change and innovation.
• Experience managing large, matrixed programs and turning data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop transformation strategy and a roadmap for cost efficiency and medical cost savings across value streams.
• Partner with operations, analytics, R&D and technology to create business cases, resource plans and capital assessments.
• Lead strategic initiatives and track all programs within the overall strategy.
• Monitor performance metrics and automate dashboards, scorecards and reports for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to internal and external partners to ensure successful implementation and value realization.
• Influence stakeholders to gain buy-in for process solutions and adherence to requirements.
• Communicate progress and solicit leadership support to remove hurdles.
