Job summary

Takeda, Dublin, is seeking an Associate Director, CMC Lead, LCM for small molecules to provide operational leadership across the CMC lifecycle for commercial products. You will coordinate GSQ teams, drive lifecycle strategies, and act as the CMC representative within Global Product Teams.

The role requires 8–12 years in pharma development/manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences, and proven ability to navigate a global matrix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences required.
• 8–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional GSQ CMC teams to support lifecycle management.
• Shape and drive robust lifecycle management strategies for Takeda’s small molecule assets.
• Serve as the CMC representative for assigned products within Takeda’s Global Product Teams.
• Own CMC decisions within scope and escalate where necessary.
• Resolve complex CMC issues coordinating with cross-functional teams.
