Kinsale Insurance is seeking an Associate DevOps Engineer to treat our internal platform as a product. You will work on cloud-native infrastructure, automate pipelines, and build scalable tooling with guidance from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• Familiarity with YAML and Git version control.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work with Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, and AWS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD templates and reusable modules.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using Terraform, Helm, Python, and Bash.
• Operate and maintain cloud-native environment on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer experience.
