Role:

The role involves working for a global fund administrator, focusing on operations with a preference for cash functions in Private Equity and Real Estate. The candidate supports the Team Manager to ensure operational efficiency, manages responsibilities independently, and contributes to team objectives. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily processing of client cash flow requests, including checks, payments, and transaction posting.
  • Handle vendor workflows and verification processes.
  • Resolve cash breaks and payment issues with clients.
  • Manage FX transactions processing.
  • Communicate discrepancies and assist in resolution.
  • Develop scalable cash processing workflows.
  • Drive process improvement projects and liaise with IT for enhancements.
  • Escalate issues and ensure process compliance.
  • Document procedures and ensure team understanding.
  • Coordinate with the Implementation Project Manager for onboarding new clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
  • Assist with cash-related client queries.
  • Perform ad hoc expense analyses as needed.
Skills / Experience:
  • Proven experience in operations; private equity and real estate experience is a plus.
  • Project management and client interaction skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
