Job summary

LinkedIn seeks a Talent Account Associate in Ireland to join a growing team. The role focuses on helping customers engage with Talent & Learning solutions, building strategic partnerships, and driving value across mid-market accounts in the UK/I region.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to protect revenue, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for expanded adoption of LinkedIn’s solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales and/or client management experience.
  • 1+ years experience selling into the UK/I market.
  • SaaS platform selling experience (preferred).
  • Experience with recruiting, recruitment media and HR software (preferred).
  • Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions (preferred).
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions (preferred).
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with ability to develop strategies that deliver results (preferred).
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decisions and persuade others (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Researches Customer’s business and prepares thoughtful questions and insights in advance of customer meetings.
  • Asks layered, open-ended questions to understand objectives and challenges beyond surface-level detail.
  • Builds relationships with multiple stakeholders across the Customer’s organization.
  • Leads with Solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to Customer objectives.
  • Drives customer decision making by achieving shared vision and proactively considering value propositions.
  • Thinks commercially and applies business acumen when crafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Uses data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objections.
  • Proactively mitigates churn risk by adopting a smart, customer-centric approach.
  • Engages customers throughout to confirm and clarify value and adapts strategy to optimize ROI.
  • Drives Customer growth by identifying opportunities to deliver greater customer value.
  • Maps all key stakeholders in an account to assess relationship strength and create outreach strategy.
  • Agrees to joint accountability with colleagues and cross-functional teams for optimal customer success.
  • Follows best practices when using CRM and other sales tools to manage sales cycles.

We are looking for a TalentAccount Associate to join our expanding teamasa trusted adviserwith a focus onbringing value to our customerswithin Mid-Market sector. You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage withoursolutions(Talent & Learning). You will be dedicated to making our customers flourish and making them grow. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to overachieve revenue goals, you will always have your clients’ best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.

Responsibilities

  • Is disciplined in Territory and Account Planning, Forecasting, and Quota Attainment
  • Follows best practices when using CRM and other Sales toolsin order tomanage the Sales and Buyer cycles
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs
  • Ability to include multiple partners and members of the company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors
