Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a QC Analyst to join our Quality Control Laboratory team in Raheen, Limerick, Ireland. You will perform chemical and/or biological testing on raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and stability samples, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will document testing data, review results, and support instrument calibration, SOPs, and method validation while working in a regulated lab environment and 24/7 shift operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related scientific discipline.
• Experience in a laboratory, quality control, or regulated environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and/or biological testing on raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, stability samples, and research samples.
• Gather, analyze, and document testing data to support quality and compliance requirements.
• Review laboratory results and identify, investigate, and elevate quality anomalies when appropriate.
• Calibrate and verify laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure reliable and accurate testing.
• Write, revise, and follow SOPs, test methods, and laboratory documentation.
• Support analytical method validation, method transfer activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain laboratory supplies and ensure a safe, organized, and inspection-ready workspace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product quality and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll do:

• This role requires working in a laboratory environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following gowning requirements.
• May involve standing for extended periods, handling laboratory equipment, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Requires adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory procedures at all times.
