Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a drive for sales, leading by example.
• Communicate with and motivate the team consistently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Be the main store contact when liaising across departments.
• Coach the team on product knowledge, policies and brand values.
• Lead people management activities with HR and senior management.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management.
