Job summary

You will drive customer service, coaching and operations, balancing sales targets with a safe, welcoming store environment. The role offers permanent hours, health initiatives and opportunities for progression within Circle K.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service orientation with a track record of delivering results.

• IT literate and comfortable with store systems.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
