Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running daily operations and driving commercial results. You will motivate the team, coach performance, and help the store consistently deliver on KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, stock, merchandising, and maintaining store standards, with a focus on empathy, teamwork, and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with proven success achieving targets and delivering strong customer service.
• Confident communicator who can explain information clearly to both team members and customers.
• Able to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and lead the team in the manager’s absence.
• Coach great performance and develop strong team capability to meet KPIs.
• Deliver brilliant customer experiences and champion customer focus across the store.
