Job summary

Pandora is seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Store Manager in Dundrum, Ireland, to lead from the shop floor and drive retail operations. You will inspire a high-performing team, coach staff, and role model our selling ceremony to deliver world-class service and commercial success.

You will be responsible for running the store in the absence of the Store Manager while ensuring brand standards, stock control, and compliance are upheld.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong people skills and commercial acumen.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analysing sales, KPIs, and customer feedback.
• Lead and develop a diverse, inclusive team to unlock potential.
• Be Pandora ambassador on the shop floor with product knowledge and storytelling.
• Plan staffing, rotas and stock control while ensuring compliance.
• Ensure high shop floor standards and smooth store operations.
