Job summary

Pandora Ireland is seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead store floor operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver world-class service. You will drive commercial performance, support the Store Manager, and model our brand values.

You will analyse sales, plan rotas and stock, manage visuals and standards, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while developing your team for growth.
