Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cork to lead from the shop floor and drive retail operations. You will manage a high-performing team, deliver commercial results, and uphold world-class service standards.

The rate of pay will be between €38,000 – €43,200 (Full-time equivalent).

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the backbone of store operations, supporting the Store Manager in delivering commercial success, leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team, and role modelling our signature selling ceremony for world-class customer experience. You will be responsible for the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
