Mount Juliet Estate, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for The Hound Restaurant at Hunters Yard Hotel in Thomastown. You will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, lead the restaurant team during service and ensure luxury service standards throughout every guest interaction.

Qualifikationen

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a high-quality restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment.

Aufgaben

• Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of The Hound Restaurant.
• Lead and supervise the restaurant team during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a visible floor presence and lead by example during service periods.
• Ensure service standards and SOPs are consistently followed.
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen Team for front- and back-of-house communication.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, briefings and service prep.
