Job description

We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Water Sector team in Ireland. The role can be based in Dublin or Galway.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced project managers, engineers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of capital projects and programmes.
• Assist with planning and scheduling, tracking budgets, milestones and risks.
• Ensure projects align with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Build close relationships with stakeholders and maintain high levels of client service.
• Support client teams in a PMO role and manage project or programme work directly with the client.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in project management, project coordination or engineering in a related sector (water, energy, infrastructure).
• Post‑graduate experience relevant to the water, energy or utility sector.
• Ability to build successful working relationships and meet project deadlines.
• Self‑motivated with initiative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong teamwork abilities.
• Passion for innovation and client service, with ambitions to tackle diverse challenges.
