Job summary

Vision Built, a Sisk Company, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the project delivery team. You will support planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality modular construction projects, working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure safety, on-time, within budget, and above quality standards.

You will drive excellence, build strong stakeholder relationships, and champion zero harm, zero defects, and continuous improvement across delivery phases.

Qualifications

• Trade or technical background required.
• IOSH or equivalent H&S management training.
• Safe Pass.
• Manual Handling.

Responsibilities

• Assigned to project from Gate 0.
• Takes over project from Site Manager for civils and site set-up after module installation.
• Issues all site requisitions for materials per procedure.
• Review and approve RAMs.
• Coordinate subcontractor attendance to site and sequencing per schedule.
• Monitor progress against contract and internal programme; alert management to delays.
• Provide data to progress the Project Schedule weekly.
• Complete site inductions and maintain site diary.
• Review and approve permits (hot works, ladder, roof access, excavation).
• Ensure field inspections, GA1/GA2 and associated certifications are completed.
